EPF005 is a low cost high performance Micro Controller with 64K embedded Flash, USB OTG 1.1 and ADC module. The chip integrates 80515 core, 64KB embedded Flash, 256 + 4K RAM, USB OTG 1.1, ADC, Timer, Watchdog Timer, Serial Port, 8-bit PWM, SPI, IIC, Keyboard Interrupt and GPIO in a single chip. The chip has power regulator on-chip and requires only one power supply (3.3V) for normal operation.


•On-chip 80515 core with 64K bytes Flash, 256 bytes Direct RAM and 4K bytes on-chip auxiliary RAM
•Fast CPU rate (24Mhz crystal clock at 3.3V). The shortest instruction requires only 1 crystal clock.
•Programmable CPU clocks from crystal frequency divide by 1 to 128
•Programmable crystal start-up cycles from 0 to 4096 cycles
•Supports Idle mode and Stop mode for power saving.
•Supports crystal/CPU wake-up from Stop mode
•Supports In Circuit Flash programming (ICP)
•Supports external interrupt with programmable weak pull-up which can be used for low current wake-up.
•Supports keyboard interrupt on 16 GPIO pins.
•On-chip 3 Timers supporting Timer, Pulse Output, Event Counter and Pulse Width Measurement modes
•Support primary and secondary crystal clock selection for Timer
•On-chip 15-bit programmable Watchdog Timer
•On-chip Serial Port which supports Synchronous mode and 8/9-bit UART modes
•On-chip Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI)
•On-chip 2 channels of 8-bit PWM with programmable repetition rate

•On-chip USB OTG 1.1 which supports end-pint 0, 1, 2 and 64-byte bulk transfer
•Support 4 dedicated General Purpose I/O Ports (total 32 I/O pins). All I/O ports are 5V tolerant.
•External Interrupt, Timer, SPI, PWM, ADC and USB pins can be additional GPIO if the associated function is not enabled
•On-chip Low Voltage Inhibit (LVI) circuit which provides reliable power up reset and prevent accidental data loss in Flash
